Potholes!

Upstate NY here. You folks who do not experience below freezing for a month straight with lows on the minus side have no idea what frost heave is. You can catch air where I live. Worst winter I can remember in terms of relentless. It was too cold for too long with no mid-season thaw. The roads are destroyed and most need to be dug up and repaved. Forget patching, it's like putting a band-aid on a severed limb. Last year was severe too with the polar vortex and our aging infrastructure cannot handle two successive extreme winters.
Still plenty of snow to melt so it'll be late April before the car comes out. Pondering selling it.

Love your car man, and you'll find happiness once you get it back out on the road. The worst is over.

Living right on Lake Erie, our winters are usually pretty bad. The previous two we have topped snowiest city in the US in some cases. This winter, we still got pounded with snow, but also temps below freezing for weeks at a time. Super harsh.
I've also had horrible thoughts of selling the car. It really sucks making payments on something you can only enjoy 6 months out of the year.

I think the entire north east is pretty effed. Two epic winters back to back. They never really did a proper job fixing the roads after last winter. So now it's worse than ever.

Coastal Florida, not many potholes and I am already driving with the top down and the a/c on. However, you bought the car to drive, not look at in the garage, drive it and just try to dodge the biggest ones.

Although Kansas City's winter season was not nearly as active as last year, we still have potholes in all shapes and sizes, even in the good parts of town. And, their approach to fixing them is nothing short of comical, and a true waste of tax dollars. Their primordial methods consists of applying a conservative amount of a rock/gravel into the pothole. In a few months, that mix will eventually fall apart due to the weight of cars pushing down on it, and once again that pothole emerges, keeping alignment shops busy.
If there are two things Kansas City has a lot of, it would be BBQ and potholes.

I'm in the south, so I don't get seasonal pot-holes, just pot-holes on the freeway that the state over-fills with asphalt so you get the feeling of speedbumps on the highway.... no me gusta
