How many of you have this and has anyone else had any problems with this?

I have one, but i am going to need to put some spacers under it because it doesn't completly clear my AEM intake. I wouldn't mind if it touched the intake, but it is also putting the lower portion of the intake very close to the axel which i must say bothers me.
I love the way it looks, but it just isn't tall enough to clear the intake.
