Rear window removal

I have plastic rear window:
I want to put that tinting stuff on my rear window (what's it called again?) but how do I go about taking out the rear window in order to do so? Thanks

You don't need to. Buy some static cling tint and apply it directly to the outside of the window. It won't go anywhere.
