Default Remus Exhaust

I'm gravitating towards the Remus exhaust for my S.

1. Where can I order one (US)

2. When you purchased it, what all came with it- just mufflers? or was it a complete system (sorry I'm a newbie to the tuning sector)

3. If you have pics, please post them- sound clips would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks in advance...

yeah Remus are definately higher end of the market - usually for German cars - although they do offer some other applications.

IIRC there is a member from Australia that posted some pics of his MCB with Remus exhaust - I think that was a muffler replacement.

If i find the pics Ill post back in here

I didn't even know that remus made an application for the S, but they used to be very popular with the E46 guys. I always hated how their exhaust sounded though, it was exactly like stock and maybe 5db louder. I don't know how it sounds on the S, but for BMWs they sound just like stock, you might as well have kept the money in your pocket and kept the stock exhaust. Just my observations though from a different application.

Hmmmm....those tips are a bit large for my tastes. They also remind me of the APC exhaust tips that have the LED's in them.

Ironically I saw a Boxster tonight that I'm pretty sure had one of these setups. Didn't get to hear it though.
