Anyone running the soft top, but without the big tray that fits between the two plastic side pieces? I have mine kinda fit in the back of my car, but it rattles on my rollbar so I would like to just remove the thing. Will I ruin the top or break the glass by leaving the tray out with the top down? Obviously top up and no tray isn't an issue.

 

I've been tray less for 2 years now with no issues. Initially took it out to fix a leak and to replace fuel pump... i should get to doing that fuel pump.... and because racecar
