Talking s2000 Headrest Speakers~

i was just wondering if those OEM headrest speakers are any good?? just thinking about getting them, cause everytime i'm on highway the wind noise is louder than my music so maybe that helps a lil bit..but the price is a lil expensive though

the stock 06 headrest speakers sucks! the only way you hear them is if you fade all to the rear with the engine off. while driving i can't tell if there's speakers there working. the only sound i hear is the ones coming from the front.

I think that for the money you're better off buying a better HU and speakers that can properly fill the cabin by themselves, and not adding headrest speakers.

S- pods are made and sold by Mark in Sacramento and are awsome - the only way to go.

Contact Mark at https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showuser=7266 He can tell you all about them.

In a nut shell, they hold a set of speakers within you roll hoops. He has also made sets that hold seperates. Great steroe mod. I love mine and it has made all the difference in the world. I have no trouble hearing tunes now with the top and windows down at highway speeds.

Her is a link to the old GB. It is closed now, but it gives you an idea of what is involved.
