s2000 model 2003

If I search the internet for s2000 I get a lot of links of a new model 2003. From waht day on is a new Honda a model 2003? If I by one right now, do I get a new model?
Are there any diffrences to model 2002?

2002-2003 are identical except for some change in exterior colors for 2003. See this thread in detail:
