I had a b16a2 (SiR swap) it was just as fun as the s2000, point and they go, the rear steps out even better then integras in my opinion.

Fwd arent for everyone.. but the CRX in SiR form and Integra GSR or Type R are super fun ...

would I trade an s for a crx... most definitely not. But hey, this thread is old.. lol

As someone who used to be part of the BRZ community with my own Supercharged BRZ, this is a bad idea lol. I've seen too many of my friends throw a rod because of turbochargers on their FA20 motor. Its just not a very strong motor. Non-track guys have managed to bend a rod with just spirited driving. I know you aren't going to do it, but wanted to throw my 2 cents in with that topic haha.

As far as the OP, I think the CRX is an awesome car. At 500 hp, thats a mustang destroyer right there. Not to mention the B16 to already be a beast of an engine. At this point I'd consider more do you want super stiff chassis with RWD (S2k), or do you want FWD type grip around corners on a super lightweight chassis where you'll probably spin tires in every gear due to the power. Both are fun in their own right. I can see the lure of something different especially if you've had the S for a while. Just be sure you wont regret the choice if you do it.

I agree with this. I've always regarded the S2k as a "special" Honda. It has all the good stuff about Honda's in terms of reliability, and not the drawbacks of being a FWD, hatch, or econocar.

It's funny how too many people are brand loyal. I used to be into Japanese tuner cars, but you couldn't tell it from my garage these days. The little Honda is the only foreign guy I own.

Life is too short to limit yourself to one type, or one brand of ride.
