When my top is closed, the passenger side buckle makes this irritating squeaking noise everytime the car goes over a bump or unven part of the road. I have tried some WD-40, but to no avail. I'm new to this post, so if it already has been posted a referral would be much appreciated. Thanks

 

That issue depends on the year of your car. Put the car's year in your profile.

 

You may need a new striker on that side. Check out hardtopguy.com

 

I believe you can also have the dealer apply some grease (shinitsu or something was the brand) to help lubricate the rubber seals in the convertible top.

Rattling latches are covered under a Tech Service Bulletin (TSB)... some more info is available at the link below:

FYI - Honda's EPT Sealant is pretty much like foam weatherstripping with tape on one side
