Default S2ki just saved me $500

s2000 has been at the dealer for a week now and they are

replacing the top ( they were going to charge me $500 but i pulled up the service bulletin under the faq section and it clearly stated that normal warranty applied, called up the dealer and they agreed, so the full cost is covered)

they are also performing the service bulletin for the 1-2 shift grind and

the service bulletin for the hard to engage reverse.

knowledge is power ...

thank you s2ki , long live the faq's

the dealer was only going to charge you $500? that sounds bogus.. ive worked for honda. its 100 per hr and that job according to honda is about an 11hr job. + parts. parts alone would be over $500 from the dealer.. you save yourself about $3000 if this is not a bogus thread.

He had a thread where they were going to "goodwill" except for $500.

But he got them to cover the entire cost thanks to s2ki.com.
