You put down a deposit, 2k, nonetheless. The car should be yours unless you fall through. These guys seem shady.

Nowhere on the paperwork/receipt that it says anything about a timeline. According to them, they also got a deposit from someone else.
Hopefully, your receipt doesn't say that your deposit is non-refundable.
No, I made sure it's refundable.

Also I'm not sure why most of you are saying 17,850 + tax is too much for a car that's in mint condition, with a hard top and everything that it came with when it was new. KBB says about 18,500 and that's in the states.

Because people on this board feel that an S that is not the one they are selling is overpriced and that the one they are selling is a great deal.

OP is a dumbass confirmed. Who gives a stranger a $2k deposit? I'll give $200 at most, people can't be trusted.

Looks like the OP will make even more topics about the cars he's 'supposedly' going to buy.

It's a dealership who has f@#king Ferrari's for sale. How about when I have the car in my driveway I'll be sure to send you the pictures, since I love showing up trolls and assholes.

Deposit is usually 5-10%, with 200 bucks i will tell you to get lost. Got 2,000 deposit on my first car and $850 on 2nd, both non-refundable.

I get people like that only because I have multiple threads asking for opinions on different cars that I've been interested in the past few months. I still have much to learn, but people like the be assholes and bash on the people who are still learning.

Either way, the bank didn't call me today, which means I'll get a call tomorrow. I really hope I get approved(which I should, as my father is a co-signer), just to make him lose out on this $1,000 dollars he's being such an ass about. The car looks fantastic, unfortunately you can't always get what you want easily.
