Default Should I just lease?!

I want to jump in an S2000 really bad!!
I went test driving the other day with my friend, and we drove a Mazda Miata.

I loved it !! i think mostly because it was a good weather and we had the top down.
I am sure!! the S2000 is much better car then the Miata
Thats partly why I joined the this Forum, and more and more i spend time on this Forum, i want the S2000 more and more

So I am going in for a test drive pretty soon.
But, I have no idea if i should buy or just lease.
And I hear there is no point in leasing a used car, becuase there is very little difference in leasing a new car becuase of the residual value.

But, please inform me how your leasing experience was.
I'm trying to get into a new S2000, and pay not too much every month!

Any input is appreciated! thank you

Lease!!! Lease it for 2 years, 3 if you are patient enough ... don't suffer the depreciation, don't suffer the agony and COST of trying to sell down the road.

LEASE IT then drop the bitch for a BRAND NEW MODEL in 2 or 3 years!
NO capital loss on depreciation, NO capital loss on down payment, NO worries

Then after you get it, drive the bitch like you stole it -- you don't own the car!!!

You're going to need to be a little more patient. You're asking the question late on a Saturday night and not even giving 15 min before you expect an answer.

Honda has run some pretty aggressive lease deals on the S2k in the recent past. I think their current deal is $349/mo for 36 months. Cap reduction seems high though at $4k...I definitely try to negotiate that down.

Lease...I'll be leasing on my next car. I leased an Acura TSX a few years back and everything went smooth. As long as you keep the car stable and you keep track of the mileage, you're golden

Does mom know your up this late? Another member of the instant gratification age, I have no money, I don't understand car purchasing, but damn it I want it now.

After he gets his car with a lease, his next post is "you guys didn't tell me it runs on premium gas", how do I get premim gas cheaper.

Sometimes they don't offer that on S2000's though. I know around here they don't cause we only get about one per dealership.

^ This is true.

Keep in mind there won't be another S2000 after the 2008 model year, unless you want the CR (blahhhh)
