show me your painted calipers!
just looking for some ideas. I was going to do Fire engine red, but I think that might stick out way to much on my car, i think a suttle red/maroon would look nice. Let me see all the colors you got!! :D

Not exactly a close up but these are red with white lettering. Hope it helps making a decision. |
I really recommend red on a silverstone, also red is a race color and technically it means "stop", as it matches with your tail lights and the traffic lights. I seen the blue, it's not all that great, and the black is so-so, it matches with your tires. Yellow is ok as well but red is best choice since it means "stop", haha.

Dan,
Thanks for the compliment! The center cap is actually a flat one made by Volk painted Mercury Silver with a vinyl H logo. I'm also working on the suspension funds... I just purchased those CEs, so my wallet is a bit light :D . |

Really though, short of scrubbing them off when cleaning your wheels with a brush, they last just fine. Just take a little care around them and they'll look as good as day one. -Hockey |
anyone ever thought of painting the caliper with those stickers on, then removing the stickers, and actually painting in the s2000 logo in white?

Man, these calipers look good. to all you guys. Maybe I'll do the white S2000 with red when I'm not chicken to grind mine. |
^That is a great idea. i will be doing this but not with primer, with G2 in white, then paint over it in black. and to the comment about putting the stickers on, i have heard people say they fall off when tracking/autoxing. i dont want to ever have to worry about it. thats why.
