I have searched and search but apparently do not know what to call the darn part. There is a small trim piece on the back between the truck and the rear convertible trim. It is about 1 inch by 5 inches. It has a 1 screw you can access with the trunk open but from there I can't figure out how to get it off. Can anyone help?

I think you'll have to remove the rubber trim that's in the way. To get access to it the softtop has to be partially open. You will see some tabs you can take off when you are inside the car. I've never removed the trim before but that's what my friend told me.
