Default Someone did a back-up and run job on my S

Unfortunately, while I was at work, some jerk backed into my S in the parking lot of my apartment complex. The scuff went all the way down to the paint. Luckily, insurance should take care of everything. It just sucks I park under a carport, and there is plenty of room to back up. Carelessness I guess.

I just needed to vent.

Here it is from the front

Real sorry. That hurts.

Look for a car in the area that has that color on its bumper. Could be a neighbor.

That was definitely a thought of mine. I walked around the entire complex and didn't see any. I will probably check again for the next few days. What should I do when I find the probable car though? Tell insurance their vehicle information?

that sucks, but it could've been worse.

make sure you take it to a reputable shop, you don't want fuzzy/crappy paint on the bumper.

Ouch, that does suck and looks like a pretty hard hit. I had the same thing happen in my apartment complex just a few months after getting my S2 (Suzuka Blue also ). Looked like a trailer ran into the back of it, but luckily it was just the bumper. Unfortunately I doubt you'll find the culprit. There is no way they didn't feel the impact from that hit unless they were in a F350 or something, so I would assume they'd try to remove any blue paint left on their car rather quickly since they weren't honest enough to leave a note in the first place

Sucks. Keep looking for the car in hopes you do find it.
