Sounds suspect to me
i know, i know. i don't have an s2k yet but i came across this ad from cars.com and autotrader.com of this '04 s2k for $22950. and it only has a little over 3k miles on it. i called yesterday and asked about it. guy had a heavy accent and was being a total dick. i asked him if the price was legit (on 1-6-05 it was $21950) and he said it was. i then asked him about the vehicle's condition (whether or not it was ever involved in an accident) and he said, "it's a 2004 w/3k miles, what do you think?" he said this in a very used car salesman way. i also asked the guy if i could see the car this weekend and he said it wouldn't be available until monday. probably getting the frame aligned. and if you go to their official site, every car they have listed has pictures attached except for the s2k. let me know what you guys think. just sounds too sketchy to me.

Well Duhhh, it's the 4-cyl, FWD version, that's why it's so much cheaper than it should be.

Go check it out on Monday.
I've sold cars on Autotrader before and I remember that the options for advertising on their site were not completely thorough. It looks to me that the car is an actual S but you need to run the VIN and have it inspected.
The "options installed" is just a bunch of boxes you check before posting the advertisement. I wouldn't pay too much attention to that.
Good luck.
