stollen lines?
As I look at my new car and look at others around me I see the S has "borrowed" some car lines from other cars...sure it is impossible to have a roadster without some simularities with others that have gone before, but I see: if you crop the top up area, rear area and front area, without the ends of the car you can see some 356 or even boxster there, the top rake, rounded lines of the sheet metal immeidately near it. The front from the side, sans the very front reminds me of the 1970's corvette, maco shark lines, of course there are no gills.
The rear can be most any car as the lines are sort of blandish by the other angles standards The seats and glove box area remind me of many more expensive high performance cars. you see any stollen style lines? Of course we have a very unique car here, like nothing else, but from time to time I see bits of other cars here and there. |
Think about it in terms of music: There are really only 12 notes, yet there are MILLIONS of songs. The whole can be greater than the sum of it's parts.

stop staring at your car and do something else

S2000 lines are similar to those of the new Corvette and new Viper!

Are you nuts or what?
The car has fabulous lines Everybody that sees it gives me compliments The car has everything, speed, handling, looks Just enjoy it! |
I see a LOT of Viper in the front end.

Definitely old Jag and Viper influences, but I also detect a lot of 240Z which itself was Jag influenced. The first Japanese cars were clones of British cars so I guess that's not very surprising.

i orininally thought someone stole your brake lines or something. lol

Forgive me. I don't know if this one is, but stollen can really be good.
