I have a 2004 Suzuka Blue with Blue interior. I almost didn’t get the car because of the interior when I was shopping for an S2K around 10 years ago. Everyone S2K I came across in Los Angeles was either in bad shape or being fixed up but had lots of miles on it. I got it for a good deal and the blue interior kinda grew on me the more I had it and I began to appreciate it more because of how rare it is.
I think out of all the AP2s I’ve only seen about 2 others like mine (Blue/blue) in the past ten years in person between living in LA and Tampa.
For anyone interested in experimentation, my '02 suzuka blue has an AP2 center console and black carpet with CR mats. So somwhat the inverse of the 06 suzuka blue. With the black carpet it turns down the shock factor a bit, and plays nicely with the other things in the interior that are still black (A pillar plastic, instrument cluster/dials, center console etc)
I like it, but bit biased. While I do like shouty colors, boomer blue is nice and lowkey.
Owning it with the boomer blue, love it. When I think back, the silverish blue was a hot color for Honda when it came out. the cool preludes and civics wore this color proudly.
When I was looking for one suzuka was number 1 on my list. I love the blue interior. Thankfully thats exactly what I got. 03 with 32k miles. The only downside is that its really hard to find aftermarket wheels that go well with it.

I have seen white wheels on suzuka blue. Looks awesome but high maintenance.
