Honda Care is replacing my rear end, driveshaft, and both halfshafts @ 43000 miles for free and they gave me a rental car.

 

What happened? What failed? And how?

Any more detail would be appreciated...

Ok here we go. Coasting in neutral or in gear, parking or turning in 1st or reverse you hear a clunking from the differential. I took the car to my local dealer (idiots) told me it was my Transmission.Can you believe that? Well I decided to drive 4 hours to the dealership I bought my car from. In my opinion this is the best dealer ship in the US Moss Motors. Enough of the kudos. The Tech @ Moss Mark Elliott diagnosed the rear end problem and Honda Care is replacing all the parts listed above.

 

Cost for the repari $5000 including labor =Honda Care
Cost for Honda Care $1200 well worth it.
For those not familar with Honda Care it's the extended warranty you can purchase form Honda.
