Thousand to spend 1st MOD
 

I have a grand to spend for this month on the s2k... So i want some advice from the people who have these mods... Should i get a set of 18's, probably the Enkei RPM2 hyper black, or the 4.57 richmond gear set everyone raves about??? The intake and exhaust will be next either way. I have money issues right now. Plus remember i live in denver so i'll have a little snow come winter on those days i cant stand driving the POS for a day.

Rims and tires for 1000?? Hm...Are they staggered for S2ks and fit for the s2k? If it does, then that might be a good deal! Maybe you should save up a few more months and get some nice wheels&tires to go with your car..

depends on what YOU want. a little show or a little go. it's up to you. my thought is if you don't really "race" around in the car, then get the rims.

A j's intake would be nice for 1K :)

Without a doubt, the 4.57s. But I'm confused as well. You have "money issues"?

i think he means by money issues... he does not like his money!!!! :p

Money issues meaning i can drop 5,500 and do a comptech SC. meaning i have a budget. and the rims were quoted out to me at like 1,299.00 w/ tires.
but the gears would be about 950 with the speed correction and install kit. Plus i have an NHRA licensed mechanic that will install for free... I date his daughter. LUCKY ME.

The following is the OFFICIAL order in which one should mod his/her S. There is no disputing this, so don't bother:

1. Rims/Tires
2. Exhaust
3. Gears
4. Intake/FI
5. Suspension (unless you auto-x/track, in which case this becomes #1)
6. Aero (spoilers, sideskirts, HT, etc.)
7. Everything else
