I'm on my own policy, no tickets or wrecks, and I priced Progrssive and Geico, both were higher than USAA (who I have now).
25/m/single, 1500 a year for full coverage

I'm not sure of the general applicability of what I'm going to say, but I believe Geico, and 20th century are skimmers. That is, they skim the low risk applicants and give them very good rates. If you behave badly, they will drop you.
The good news is for those that have no tickets. Great rates. If you have one or two, I think you will be SOL.
