Salary??? most of them dont have jobs or cars. the nices car out of all of the is an 80 primered camaro. I called my insurance agent yesterday and she treated me like a criminal when I asked what the number to corperate was. im trying to get them to help me. Im getting a hard top for 1600-1800 new so thats nice but I want payback. Im taking the main one to court for kicking my car that will be sweet since they couldnt afford thier house and had to move in with thier grandparents. Nice. My dad just found us a new house in naperville, we are moving immediatly. I never had a problem in Naperville

That's the idea - your wages are garnished if you can't pay for your liability outright, and it sounds like these kids are broke, but they still get money from somewhere even if its a little bit over a long period of time. The RIAA garnished the wages of a paperboy who got caught downloading music - he couldn't cover the $10K per download they nailed him for, so they take a piece of his paperboy money until the end of time. It's outrageous, but you can use it to your advantage.

What's your insurance co.? Have they paid for your repairs so far? I'm surprised they won't help you - they should be thrilled to be able to recover their losses.

Good to hear you're able to haul at least one of them into court. I'd focus on recovering for the damage and not so much on teaching him a lesson - the court's not likely to punish him much beyond forcing him to pay you back, and he doesn't sound capable of learning a lesson anyway. Good luck!

I live on the Air Force Base so it is very rare for some one to mess with your car but if they do the base will cover any damage done to it. As long as your car was secure and parked right ie.. locked and between the lines in the parking spot.
I know its of topic, but is this something that that onl counts for AFB's or does it count for all military bases. Reason why i ask is my car got a dent in it after last time i parked it at the Army base.

have you got pics of the damage?

i'd film the vandalsim in action, if possible, and send copies to thier parents and the police. New Years Eve, they will most likely come out again, stupid drunk.

Sorry to hear about your problems, but to be honest, your posts reek of niave arrogance.
