Was getting about 20-21 mpg from regular full tank. Other times, I got about 17-18 mpg from fill ups. Used fuel injector cleaner and filled up in the morning which makes gas much more denser. Increased my range from 200-220 miles to 240-250 before the light comes on. Now average 24-25 mpg.

We need more details. It would be helpful to know the actual MPG you are getting. Is the car modded at all? Wheels and tires? What maintenance are have you done? I usually get around 200 miles before I fill up my car but I have bigger wheels and tires as well as very sticky tires. It isn't empty at 200 miles but I have maybe 2 bars left and it is an 05.

I agree with the above. I see 200-220mi before the light comes on... 240-250 if I am lucky on the highway with some downhills.

I usually see the light at about 270-280 miles, typical mileage is around 25mpg, but I do a lot of dd'ing.

The typical suspects when mileage is bad are clogged cat, bad O2 sensor, dirty air filter, low tire pressures, driving hard...

What's left in the tank? "4-5 bars" doesn't register with me and recall the different years have different displays. How many gallons on your fill from this point will tell us.

Expressing this in MPG is better than "bars". You'd need to measure MPG. Divide actual miles driven by actual gallons used. Not tank levels.

City like...real city miles? Or cruising the burbs? Driving in the burbs aren't usually like city miles....unless your suburb is like...attached to a city.

I agree. OP should calculate his gas mileage for a few tanks and then update with actual measured average MPG.

My bad guys, got a little lazy.
So I have a 05 with everything being stock. Just got my tire pressure to 32 psi all around. Put in about 10.6 gallons and Now reached about 170 miles with about 4-6 bars. Mainly drove in the city but I did do some highway (about 40 miles ish). I’ll continue to update you guys.

When I say city miles, I mean in the “burbs”.

Next time you fill your tank, reset your trip odometer and drive around...when you get low enough on gas under driving conditions you'd like to understand ....

Fill your tank again (ideally from the fuel pump you did in round 1) then mark miles on trip odometer/gallons recorded when filling up and report back to s2ki.com otherwise expect nothing.
