Service records? I frequently laugh out loud when I read that. What minuscule percent of drivers keep these?

Same. The last three cars I bought 2nd hand had meticulous service records.

Agreed but "service records" are rare and the lack of them is not a disqualification. Certainly nice to have.

Yes hard to find actual records but it is comforting to find it on Carfax
