Why is it that not all other S owners will wave flash or nod at me when i do? Only a couple of times in the 18months ive had my s2000 has anyone actively waved or flashed etc- WELL i dont care cos i nod at all of them and they look at me like im crazy!!! Isnt it a shame that not all owners are joining in with the s2000 family! IS there any special sign i should do that i am missing out on? if not why dont we start one?????? Any ideas?????? or am i just a crazy bird!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wave to all s2k-ers here in SD. I've always gotten a wave back. Maybe your area is just too lazy?

LOL. This is a question you see in bike forums too.
Sometimes you get the complimentary wave or nod...sometimes you don't. Some are kinda snobby-some don't give a f_ck!
Just wave if it makes you happy and move on to the next one I think for the majority of people that frequent this site-you would get the acknowledgement.

I noticed this too. I don't get any nods from fellow s2000's!

When I had my WRX, I got the fellow nods all the time. Maybe it's just a different set of peeps that drive s2ks?

AP1s, AP2s, drivers young and old. Yet to see a female behind the wheel though...

I will wave, nod or flash if I see one. But alot of times, I'm not looking around that much and sometimes I think that that may be mistaken for being snobbish or similar.

i do it when i can... only after making eye contact. most of the time the other drivers are too busy looking thug or self-important to reciprocate

yesterday i waved to another s2k on the road and my friend asked me why did i do that, i told her that a lot of s2k owners wave to each other and she just laughed hysterically
