I believe they are now offering the wheel in a 48 offset as well which tucks things in just a tiny bit more than the 45mm. You can't go wider than a 225
in the rear with a 7-inch wheel so you're pretty much stuck with the 205/225
sizes. They are NOT Spoon quality wheels, hell they only cost about $500 a set. The Spoons weigh 11.8-lbs I believe, these weigh 13.8-lbs (my digital scale) but they are very strong wheels and incredibly lightweight considering they aren't forged.

God I hope you get these weights. I've been looking everywhere. According to Honda, they weigh 17.7 which is interesting since the front a rear are different sizes...

I read a thread a few days ago listing the weight of the tires/wheels (mounted) from the '04 as being 40-lbs front, 47.5-lbs rear which leads me to believe the wheels weigh around 19-lbs which is typical for most 17-inch wheels. I highly doubt they weigh the same as the 16-inch wheels from previous years (17.8 and 18.6-lbs respectively), especially with all those spokes and the fact that if the rear wheel weighed 17.7-lbs, the tire would weigh damn near 30-lbs (which it doesn't).

Nah, that's something that isn't a priority with me. Not once have I ever walked up to the car and noticed "wow, they aren't clear?" I swear. For instance, I changed the S2000 side logos to black chrome a year ago and after the first "let me take a few steps back to take a look...oooh, yeah," I haven't noticed 'em since then. Sort of like the windshield tape removal or the carbon fiber "H" badges. The day after these aesthetic changes are done, you rarely notice 'em unless you purposely are pointing them out or someone who doesn't drive the car everyday sees it. Hell, I don't even notice the FIA logo anymore.
