Werid Squeek/creek after taking some hard corners

Werid Squeek/creek after taking some hard corners
SO I was heading home for the night... took a few routine corners at routine speeds 
. anyways when I got to my driveway I proceeded to drive up the driveway (my driveway is elivated about 6 inches) and since I have the Amuse lip.. I drive up the driveway on a slant... as usual. but this time I hear a creak as my Drive side wheel ran up the driveway... it's sorta like creeking from a....old creeky floor 
anyways I'll see whats wrong tomorrow but wanted to see if anybody had ideas on where this noise is coming from and how it originated? or any similar occurance with any other fellow members? THANKS!
