What did you do to your S2000 today?

From my last post, finished up the valve adjustment, new spark plugs, spark plug seals, valve cover seal, valve cover grommet seals. Mounted up my RE71R's. Installed my new brakes, stainless lines, and flushed the brake fluid.
Last thing is a coolant flush and I'll be quite satisfied. Then on to smaller bits but the largest maintenance items will be completed.

Unfortunately, what I had to do last night is install the winter wheels/tires, about six weeks earlier than I usually do; it's snowing here in the Washington DC area and the S2000 is my wife's DD.
Hmm, need to check the date codes, the tires are quite a few years old but only get used, hmm, ten weeks/year and don't get much UV exposure. They look new, but...

I made my S kiss the rear bumper of another car.

Sun was out today top down driving to watch a local track day Event.
A wave too another S2000 Moonrock <also top down> first drive for 2 weeks due to rain and damp roads

Tonight the wife was overwhelmed by the children and she handed me a short grocery list. First warm night in a while, so I took the S, top down. So as I zipped around a corner toward the store, a 20 something guy shouted "I love your car, man!". I waved, shouted back "thanks bro!" and thought... yeah, so do I. Then I thought, too bad he didn't get to hear it in VTEC, it's glorious! About 43 other S2000 related thoughts crossed my mind before I reached the store. As I'm sure many of you do, I parked as far as I could from any other cars and made the long walk... looking back occasionally to make sure she's safe.
After leaving the store, I'm crawling across speed bumps near the store entrance and I hear a highschool-aged kid enthusiastically say "yeeeeah!". His friend turned, saw the S and said "oh, nice!". So be encouraged friends! We may live in a nightmarish hellscape of SUV's and Bro-trucks, but there's hope for our youth!
