The S2000 is a great car and you won't be disappointed, but look out for the high insurance premiums for the car since you are still 17...

I'm 17, just got my S2000 a week ago...

Had to settle for a 2001... Wanted a 2002, and 2003 was too expensive, so I thought "Well I love silverstone, and they aren't available in 2002, so why not"

Finance a bit with your mom, how much do you have saved up?

Watch the personal attacks. If you don't like something someone says you are welcome to say so but you aren't allowed to call people names.

As far as your car question you should look into the insurance cost before you decide on the car. Insurance is very pricey for this car for someone your age. Heck, it's pricey for some of us much older than you.

SC430 Damm I was going to buy that car. I had that car for 2 months and loved it. Gas was a pain. I bought the S and I really like it no regrets.

I wish I had the money when I was 17. If i did, I would have bought an s2k too... good luck, with whatever you decide. Just make sure you add your insurance cost. But if you can afford it, its well worth the money...
