get "nice s2k" a lot
"that's a honda? I have a honda too *points at pilot* thats awesome"
"keep an eye on it" by two people, a lot getting stolen in metro NY
aside from that I see a lot of people stare and neck break

I drop my kindergarten-aged daughter off at school in it several mornings a week, and the seventh graders who open the car doors and let the kids out of the cars are always fighting to open the door on my 15y/o Honda instead of all the new Lexus, Acura, MB, BMW, etc SUVs that clog the school lot.

My 6yo nephew when I pulled up to his house for the first time in my S: "Whoa you got a Lamborghini!!"
I get comments contantly, as I live in a small town with very few S2000s. It amazes me how many people think this car is expensive as they roll by in their $40k+ pickups.

I recently had an entertaining exchange with one of the guys working at the gas station while filling up with fuel. He was commenting that it was a nice car and how he really liked them. He always thought that they looked like a lot of fun.
All of a sudden he paused, then he said that he hadn't realized what he was actually looking at. At that point he started talking about what an absolutely awesome car it was. (It seems that he knew someone who had previously owned one.)
