Default What's the deal with Rick's S2K website?

I ordered 3 things this month, 1 being from Rick's website. I ordered a shift knob on June 8th, an ASM wing from Go-Tuning on June 14th and some supplies from Detailers Domain on the 17th.

I've yet to receive my shift knob from Rick's which was placed 12 days ago, but I received my wing today (20th) and my detailing supplies on the 19th.

Anyone have a phone number to Rick's? I've sent 6 e-mails to every e-mail account they have 3 days ago and they havn't responded. There's no number on their website either.

I don't care if the shift knob takes how ever long to get in, but at least send me an e-mail saying so and so... Anyone know anything that I should know? I mean it's just a knob but still.

AFAIK its just a couple guys running the whole thing who also work regular jobs. I have ordered from them a few times and had no issues. Dont get too worried, you'll get what you ordered

Keep in mind they also have companies who drop ship some of the products they offer, so it may be sent from a third party. Give it time.

FYI

Rick is currently out of the Country and will not be back for afew more days. He has, several times sent e-mails to al customers that he would ship the orders to, stating the following: So you may want to ckeck your spam folder, it was sent, I got a copy.

Fellow Enthusiast,

Just a reminder follow-up to my earlier email. I personally handle packing and shipping of all Team Voodoo knob orders and I am out of the country until June 25. So your order will not ship until I return.

If you ordered an engraved knob, depending on our stock of engraved knobs, engraving may add another week to shipment time.

I will email everyone again when I return and orders are packed for shipping. I will also provide and estimated shipping date at that time for all engraved knob orders that I cannot fulfill immediately upon my return.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this delay might cause, and we very much appreciate your patience and understanding.

Regards,

Rick

This is all I wanted. Like I said in my first post, I don't care if it takes 15 months to get the knob. I never got an e-mail, maybe there's something wrong with my e-mail account.

Thanks for clearing that up. I appreciate it greatly.
