wheel alignment
The search function is still down
I recently installed my new suspension (buddyclub racing spec dampers)
and now its time to get and alignment and wheel balance...
Theres a local shop here in SoCal thats pretty good from what i hear
(West end alignment) so i stopped by today to set up and appointment. He has 4 different setups (street, aggressive street, mild race and full race)
I went with the aggressive street because it was recommended to me(I daily drive my car and enjoy hard turns on clear streets/freeway onramps but will probably only track my car once or twice in a year)
I would LOVE to read up on wheel alignments and get some good knowledge on toe, camber and caster but like i said the search function is still down. With that being said, can you guys school me on this subject?
I would love to actually request my own alignment specs
also, a friend of mine recommended the UK alignment?
does anyone have the specs to this?
TIA, you guys are awesome

darin did mine too...
i dropped mine on eibachs (with gt-3 wheels)- darin did an aggressive street alignment and man that car has never handled like that! (not that anything was wrong with it before, its just even tighter now)-
my main tip is to let the springs settle first (maybe a week or so of driving)- pretty annoying on my car cause it rubbed like crazy before darin fixed it (so that week in between with the new wheels and springs was rough riding!)...
now it only rubs in the fronts and only on good sized bumps.

wanabe- thanks for your advice, my suspension will have been in for a couple of weeks once time comes to get the alignment.
You can read all you want on wheel alignment by googling "wheel alignment caster camber toe". But one good random page is this:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete...e.jsp?techid=4
Even if the s2ki search is down, you can still use google with "site:s2ki.com {search terms}".
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...f=123&t=156853
There is a bunch of settings from the tracking crowd.
