Thumbs up When does the S perform better?

I am curious to know if the S performs better from a dig or a roll. From a roll, at higher speeds, is it supposed to pull pretty hard? I am asking this because yesterday afternoon my wife and I were driving on the freeway...top was down...I shifted to fourth gear and punched it (started off at around 80 mph). The car didn't accelarate as fast as I thought it would (or should)--I watched the speedo and the mph went up in increments of one instead of several digits at a time. Is this because the top was down?

Apologize if this post sounds whack. I probably haven't phrased it correctly.

I would say the best speed for a s2k is 46-49 mph to around 80ish...anywhere above that isn't too good because of the valves...and anywhere below isn't good either because of the lack of torque...=\

You really have to hit vtec for the car to pull hard at speeds over 50 MPH. once you hit 120 MPH it really starts to slow down, atleast from my own experience, which I didn't try to go much faster anyway.

For an ap2 you would want to remove the clutch delay I think....
Clutch delay valve has been removed.

Your first vid isn't working.

So...how much road do you think you would need to get to max speed--155 (gear limited)? Fasted I've taken her up to thus far is ~130. I have a CF hood without hood pins and I have heard that you don't want to go above ~130 without pins or else the hood will come up...
