I don't have one so I look really stupid, but usually I start jumping up and down in my seat (mind you I'm sitting of course), and wave my hands all crazy while im mouthing or actually saying "YEAH!"

I always want to wave, even if I'm not driving the S. Then, I'm not sure what my action should be.

If I'm in the S, I definitely wave.

I try to get their attention. But for some reason they always act like I 'm not there. Next time I will give them a tap with my bumper.
