When are you taking your S2K out of winter storage?
April/May for me.
Issue is that I need to bring it home and then my TSX sits outside.
If it snows again (it snows in May every year in IL), then I'll be slightly annoyed about having to brush snow off my TSX before work.
The goal before work is to sleep until the last possible moment and then drive to work in a stressful panic with no time left for the weak. The future is now.
Plus, my garage is like 65F most of the year. Its nice to get into a warm car.
I'll wait til mid May, most likely.
If I had the S2000 here, I'd probably drive it on a dry day when the salt is all gone (washed away by rain). Roads are currently good...but there's still salty snow melt from the piles of plowed snow. So...nah.
I've had it 12 years though. So my urgency is not the same as yours.

Here in New Jersey it has been very mild. I have taken it out a couple times already and even kept the top down.
Winter storage for me is not as extreme as others, however, I just disconnect the battery and put a cover on her.

I might add, all of the cars I had there ( I was based there for 10 years ) rusted through the body and frame. Terrible.

I recall from my 2 years I lived in Minneapolis, that some communities would chain some vehicle out on a frozen pond or lake and take bets when it would fall through the ice. When that happens take it out of storage.

I agree on the winters here being hard on vehicles - it's all the salt and chemical they spray and over spray. It's like if they don't use is all up (budget included) they won't get as much the following year so they are out there salting and plowing when there's no snow on the roads.
