2001 - 205k miles. second clutch, 2nd radiator, original starter is starting to slightly grind on cold mornings, a/c unit went out ( my fault lack of maintenance ), New ignition coils, Struts were knocking a bit got new ones, Rear wheel bearing went out. That's all pretty common stuff though. Just this year the paint on the hood and rear trunk started fading, only been outdoors though. Nothing catastrophic, no reason to sell it. It burns oil kind of quick so I check it before I drive it, was caught off guard a few times by how low it was. Oil getting past the bottom piston ring possibly. Compression checked out really well each cylinder unless I ran the test a few second longer. Held it for 5 seconds per cylinder. 220-to high 230 all cylinders. Doesn't bother me yet as long as I have oil in there.

Woah!! Its really cool to see so many high mileaged s2000's , dang Honda makes some good cars that last. I've got a all original Honda Del sol with 207k on it & it runs like champ , everything works as it should. But I'll be yanking that motor out pretty soon to do a kswap , but I'll definitely be finding another civic to put that motor into.. good luck guys and keep the mileage up.. makes me feel good that I have way way many more years to rack the mileage up on my 2008 with 30k.

Sh*t, why not... I'd probably buy it. Because, after haggling, it'll prolly cost similar to an OEM hardtop. lol
