Default wider fenders

Hi all, I've got a few questions on wider fenders for the AP2. Firstly, which brands of wider fenders can we use with either the OEM front and rear bumpers or with another brand of aftermarket front and rear bumpers?

I'm looking to go wider with the fenders but can't find many that I like as I want to maintain not too "extreme" a look, the amuse gt1 looks awesome but I want my car to stay looking not so race-like. I don't like the widebodies with the rivets on the rear fenders visible from outside.

So far I'm most keen on the Tracy Sports GT widebody kit. Anyone knows if their wide front n rear fenders can be matched with front and rear bumpers from other brands? Will they line up properly?

Need suggestions!

And I forgot to ask if we choose a fender that is 20mm wider than oem, is it safe to say that we can choose a rim with 20mm lesser offset as per in the thread in s2ki.

Just for illustration, if oem front fenders allowed 17x7.5 with 225/45/17, offset +53 minimum, and then we changed the front fenders to an item which is 20mm wider on each side, can i say that the minimum is now 17x7.5 with 225/45/17, offset +33?

The s2ki thread i found with the minimum offset recommended for aftermarket rims n tyres seems to be for 17", is there a thread for 18" guide?

It sounds like you're looking at parts from the various widebody kits out there. The answer to your question is NO, you can not match up MOST of the fenders from various widebody kits to stock bumpers.

There are, however, wide front fenders, and wide rear fender add-ons which are not part of widebody kits and do not change the way the fenders meet the bumpers.

*EDIT for your second question: The diameter of the wheel (17"/18") does not change how the offset positions your wheels. If you use 20mm wider fenders, then yes, you can change from a 55mm offset to a 33mm offset AS LONG AS THE NEW WHEELS ARE THE SAME WIDTH (for example 7.5") AS THE OLD WHEELS.

Icic....and is there a way which I can calculate the offset i need for wheels if i change the rim width with wider fenders? Let's say 17x7.5 +53 with 225 tyres is for oem fender and the after market fender is 20mm wider each side, and now I want to run 17x8 235wide tyres, how do i know how much offset max can i go?
