If you had your window regulator replaced, how was the quality of the work?

I have had my window regulator replaced twice. The first time the job was done perfectly. The second time, it was done poorly. Now my door rattles, the glass is loose, and there's glue all over. I haven't taken it back yet to get those things fixed.

I took it to Honda of Santa Monica both times.
