Windshield replaced - Common Rear view mirror too high prob - Sol???

I appreciate the input.
I guess the consensus is that there is no wrong way to install the aftermarket windshield. Unless it is stock it sits higher. I just wanted to make sure my body shop wasn't doing anything wrong (I won't have recourse to address this too much after a week or more has passed).
As much as it bothers me, I can live with that. I am not big on aftermarket anything but the auto dimming function seems like it would be awesome.

Bumping this.
I have a PGW windshield and the OEM mirror would not sit correctly on the mount that came with the windshield. It would vibrate and fall off whenever I tried to adjust it.
Anyways, I got a Zoom Engineering mirror with their G02 mount and it fits perfectly with the aftermarket mirror button. Sits tight and doesn't fall off.
Hope this helps anyone.
