There is a TSB out for this! I think it is for 04 and up only though.

Get it fixed under warranty!!! Let me see if I can find the TSB link...

TSB 00-064

You don't get a new piece. They just do this workaround... but it solves the problem.

Mine warped on a hot day once, but it always settles back down.

I use a credit card to push the little plastic flap on the inside back in. Works well for 3-6 months or when hot weather occurs again.

Mine has had this issues since new. I haven't cared enough to take it in yet, but it's annoying.
