They used to have them on the old roadsters, wonder if available, how it looks, has anyone seen it on a Stook?

It's my understanding that wire wheels are a pain in the butt to maintain, and have to be adjusted, or tuned in order to keep them in good condition. I did a search: http://www.daytonwirewheels.com/upgrades.shtml I think the mag-style wheels better protray the nature of the stook than would wires; they seem more fitting for an old big-wheeled MGs.

[joke]it is my understanding that you would need to live in
the City and put curb feelers on it too.? Possibly get the completely wrong offsets for those wire wheels and have them sticking outside the fenders by at least 4". [/joke] |
If you like wire wheels find a 55-62 MGA. They work great on 90 hp car. There's no way I trust them on a 240 hp car.
