08 ap2 radiator fans only driver side turns on? With a/c and without a/c
Hey just purchased my s2000 last week and noticed today that only the driver side fan is working. If I hit the a/c button the driver side turns on but not the passneger one. If the temperature goes up and I have the a/c off the driver fan only works. I switched out the relays and they are fine because with them switched the driver side only works. I turned the fan blade with my hand and it moves so nothing is blocking it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok just an update and just incase someone else has this problem.
I Disconnected the fan and ran a power and ground to it directly from the bAttery and it didn't work then I did the same to the fan that worked before and the fan turned on so I grabbed a rubber mallet and tapped the motor on the non working fan plugged the wire back in and it turned on. Touched it with the hammer again and it shut off. So looks like I'm just gonna buy a used fan on eBay for $35

From my reading of the 2007 service manual and squinting at the wiring diagrams both fans run at the same time on the late cars. One fan should never run by itself. All or none. Earlier cars may be different.
For lurkers it's easy enough to see if have 12vDC power at the bad fan. Both fans run regardless of the engine running when the AC and interior fan are on. Quick way of checking without starting the engine.
