Default 7000rpm rev limiter

Guys, I'm having a post-rebuild issue and am looking for some thoughts on what it could be. Over the winter I had the head rebuilt and reinstalled it with ARP studs and an OEM headgasket. The car also has a Kraftwerks supercharger (which was on the car pre-rebuild). I replaced most of the cooling system (Mishimoto rad/fans/hoses, OEM thermostat, HPS heater hoses) along with the plugs (gapped to OEM spec) and coils (using K20 coils as per the Jeff Evans "tuning checklist" video). The car is running the Grams fuel pump, 1000cc injectors (planning to replace both), and 4 bar map.

I took the car out for the first time today, and when the car is up to full operating temp, the RPMs hit a wall right around the 6800/6900 range. I confirmed the rev limiter is set correctly on Flashpro and I did not have this issue prior to the rebuild. No CELs either.

I've linked two quick datalogs on my dropbox - not really too sure what I'm looking at but thought they would be useful to share.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! I was thinking of swapping the factory (110k mile) coil packs back in to see if that changes anything. My research on s2ki pointed to potentially a faulty MAP or vtec switch? The connector on my MAP sensor is a little loose but is secured with a zip tie - I do have a new Hondata MAP sensor on order.

Stock ECU running a Honda Flashpro. The previous owner of the car had the car dyno tuned. I updated the software of my Flashpro & re-flashed the tune to no avail.

Is the connector to the VTEC solenoid pushed on properly?
I don't have flashpro installed so can't check the logs but you could check how the AFR looks like when you are hitting the wall and also check when or if it switches to high cam tables.

Your plugs should not be gapped as large as oem spec when you are boosted. You need to close the gap the more hp/fuel you are utilizing to keep from spark blow out which acts like a soft rev limiter/ignition break up when happens. This would be the first thing id check and correct. Close the gap on your plugs to about 0.25 and report back.

I unplugged/replugged the connector twice and ensured I heard a "click". So it appears to be engaging correctly. Still figuring out how to check when the cam tables switch haha.

As you can see from the hondata screenshot, the green line in the top graph shows that VTEC is engaging. AFR looks relatively "normal" when hitting the low rev limiter.

The VTEC window is set to 3700-4400rpm. I haven't touched these, I believe the tuner set them.

Rev limiter is set as follows:

Perfect - thanks for the suggestion. I'll re-gap them tonight and see how she runs tomorrow.

Maybe ask the tuner about his programming with respects to your specific engine build. Seems odd to have the VTEC kick on only between 3700-4400 RPMs, if I'm understanding you correctly.
