AC Delco Belt Tensioner
#2
OEM is ~$130 vs ACDelco ~$88.
My risk assessment is "I don't want to have to do this again to only save $42," and I'd go with OEM. I know for my particular Accord, the Gate's branded tensioner was the same as the one I pulled off the car, but not sure about who made the OEM tensioner for the s2000...
Are you sure you entire tensioner is going out, or just the pulley? The latter will be a much cheaper fix.

The aftermarket tensioner has a larger pulley than stock, you'll have to use the gatorback belt as the OEM, and Dayco belts are too tight with the aftermarket tensioner pulley. If it were me and I needed a tensioner replacement I'd get a used OEM one, a new rs6302 jem bearing for the pulley and call it a day.
