Default Adapter needed to remove stock oil cooler?

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get the center piece that the oil filter screws onto that will allow the removal of the stock oil cooler?
I'm using a canton filter relo adapter and a aftermarket oil cooler setup so the stock one is no longer needed and I need the extra real estate.
