Air Compressor question (dba)
 

Hi guys, I need to get a new air compressor. The last one i had has an oilness pump and that thing is freaking loud and my neighbor would always complain if i work on my car at night. Help me choose plz.

1.) It is a Campbell Hausfeld, 28 gallon I believe, model: CH-VT6319. I would like to know how loud is this thing. Under 80 dba or over 80.

2.) Makita 2400, 2.5 HP but only 4.2 gallon, 4.2 cfm @90. But the reviews are great and very quiet.

My air tools are 1/2 impact gun and 3/8 ratchet 4.5-5.0 cfm @90psi. Any suggestion? thx for your help!

Any one have this model of Makita, does it run out of air fast on 1/2 compact gun?
