Default Air fuel ratio running super lean

My 2002 Vortech supercharged S. It is running the standard black box from Vortech as the ECU. I have an AFR and boost gauge. The boost gauge was reading zero and the AFR was bottomed out at 10. I drove it home two miles now the AFR stays bottomed out at 10 and the boost gauge is about 6 upon startup. Any ideas on what might be the cause? Before I tow this to my S2000 mechanic with dyno

10? That's rich...unless I'm missing something here...and reading 6? As in when in vacuum?

10 is rich not lean. Sound like you have a vacuum leak somewhere.

check for cracked hoses or loose couplers. Cheapest and easiest solution before you go to a mechanic.

Yeah if your leaking boost, you will run rich with this set up. Everything is calibrated to run a particular boost here. About 6psi. Boost leak, belt slip will all make it run rich. Netoriously these kits ran too lean though when they are getting full boost. So keep an eye on your afr gauge now that you found the boost leak. You don't want to see leaner then 13.0afr in boost, especially higher in the rpms, and ideally it would be about 12.x to be safe.
