Is it a bad idea or something to just stick a hose down the fill cap and pump it out? You could use any hand pump I would think, like one for pumping MTF/diff fluid or one of those oil sample pumps. I have both of those... and I'm not a mechanic.

thus my question about an anti siphon feature or something. Also i want to make sure theres nothing in there that the siphon hose could get stuck on.
