Ap1 Shifter grummit

Default Ap1 Shifter grummit

Hi guys

there is a small plastic grummit at the bottom of the shifter for the ap1 and ap2. Does anyone know a part number for it? Actually is it sold separately or do i hav1o to buy a new stick?
mine is broken and the shifter is loose. Need to replace asap.

Seems the correct name is Cover, Pivot

Make sure you heat yours up (inside a ziplock bag in warm/boiling water) before you try to put it on, or you'll probably crack it.

I didn't even think of that, I will do that as soon as I receive it.
Gonna make the assumption to cool it down in some extremely cold water or even place it in the Freezer to get it locked on really tight.

Do not cool it.

You can also warm it with a hair dryer/heat gun until it is warm/hot to the touch and snap it on.

The aftermarket also makes a bronze one.

Looks interesting. Not sure it's worth $55 to me over the $16.58 from Honda. Most reviews are positive though. Do you run one of those Billman?

I already ordered the Oem part from Hondapartsnow.
What i will do however is to order another one as suggested from the links and upgrade.
