i installed a ballade sports big bore throttle body , it needs to be set at .27 -.28 volts my scanner at home only reads in percentage , my mechanic told me the throttle body was set at .23 , i went home and used my cheap scanner that only reads the throttle body by percentage which was 4.7 percent, my question now is if %4.7 = .23 volts , then does thart mean i want to set it at %5.7 =.27 volts ? are my calculations correct ? ]

.23 = 4.7%
.27 = 5.517%
